Flip "over" Video
Flip Video is the world's simplest camcorder. It lets you capture the everyday moments that happen anywhere, everywhere and share with anyone. Shooting video is as easy as taking a picture. There are NO chargers, NO cables, just a USB connection!
Jordan GIS
Maps have been used for thousands of years. In the last couple of decades technology has allowed users to combine maps with computer graphics and databases to create geographic information systems (known as GIS). GIS allows us to visualize, understand, and interpret data in many ways that reveal relationships and patterns in the form of maps, reports, and charts. In this entry-level GIS course teachers will learn the fundamentals of GIS software. Teachers will map forces of nature, the journeys of early explorers, world population changes, endangered species and more. Teachers will learn where to download ready-to-use GIS lessons and data that supplements lessons they already teach. Participants will receive free software and data DVD’s for North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. All lessons align to Utah State Core and National Geography, Science and/or Technology Standards.
